Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a separate email with the tracking information once it is shipped. Heart Art is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages by the courier. If this does happen to you, PLEASE notify the shipping courier and submit a claim with them directly.
